The Chardonnay grape is harvested when perfectly ripe. After a short maceration in the press, it is gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature. As with the Parellada variety, after the coupage, the tirage and the second fermentation in the bottle takes place. After two years of ageing is ready to drink.
A pale, brilliant yellow with a greenish tinge, small bubbles that rise slowly to form the characteristic crown.
Very pleasant, refined, with the long finish characteristic of the varietal and the ageing process.
Pleasant on the palate, soft and smooth, a dry, fresh nature, rounded and with a good, elegant and well balanced afterstaste.
Well balanced and harmonious, with an honest aftertaste and long finish.
