PRODUCTION:

The pinot noir grape is harvested at its optimum moment of ripeness and pressed without any maceration in order not to increase the color.
Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel vats.

APPEARANCE:

Pale pink salmon color.

NOSE:

Very pleasant with clear, fine light aromas.

PALATE:

Full and creamy on the palate with an elegant, clear after-taste.

FINISH:

Very interesting, harmonious, frank, creamy and persistent.

PAIRING:

A very versatile wine which blends excellently with Mediterranean cuisine and is unbeatable with rice and pasta dishes.
