COMPOSITION:
Pinot Noir and Parellada
PRODUCTION PROCESS:
The Pinot Noir and parellada grapes are harvested, lightly pressed and macerated very little in order not to increase the colour. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature, once the base wine has finished fermenting it is stabilised and filtered in order to continue with tirage and a second fermenting in the bottle with a minimum of 12 months ageing.
VISUAL EXAMINATION:
A very pale pink colour.
AROMA:
Very pleasant, primary aromas of red fruit.
TASTING:
Light, very well integrated bubbles, pleasant and lengthy in the mouth.
CONSUMPTION:
Perfect as an aperitif, but at the same time extremely versatile.
