PRODUCTION

From Cal Mel’s goblet vineyard, planted on 1982, the hand-harvested grape undergoes a short maceration in the press. The must passes to the fermentation vats where it does very slowly at low controlled temperature. After spending a few months in the same warehouse, the wine is stabilized and filtered ready to bottle.

APPEARANCE

Bright pale yellow colour.

NOSE

Aromas of ripe fruit. Very flowery.

PALATE

Very good acidity. Pleasant and persistent.

FINISH

An easy-to-drink wine with the desire to repeat.

PAIRING

An ideal wine to drink by the glass. Perfect as an aperitif.
